RETURN POLICY:

At our aesthetic medspa, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not completely satis!ed with a product, or if you experience an allergic reaction to a product purchased from us, you may return it within seven days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt for a full refund, provided the product was purchased after a consultation with one of our skincare specialists.

Final Sales:

• Gift card and clothing sales are !nal. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

• All spa service/treatment sales are final.

In the event of a valid medical reason preventing the use of a medical spa service you purchased, you may apply the remaining balance towards other services of equal value. Refunds for medical spa services/treatments are only provided if a practicing physician’s note is presented, explaining the medical reason for your inability to utilize the service within six months of the purchase date. In such cases, we will issue a 50% refund of the original service purchase price.
